Not a good air day for racing. There was like a 10-15mph headwind blowing right at you down the track. I also got to get used to these new tires. I only mustered 11.45-11.40 all day. I also had a bad vibration issue on my last run and decided to call it a day. I hope with a little more tweaking and good cool air that it will get a low 11. I did get a new best 60' of 1.53

It was a blast until I got a vibration while going down the track. Got home figured it out and now I am ready to go back soon. Shelley was snapping all kinds of pics today. I kept her going with my 4 runs I made.

Depends on the track but at Fayetteville you pay $10 to get in and $10 to race.

I was happy with a new 60' but I actually slowed down ET and MPH wise. I think that I would have been better if the brake caliper would not have been rubbing. I was kind of disappointed that it went slower, but I think the weather had a lot to do with it.

Nice pictures and videos man...What was the Temp. when you went this weekend?? You really think the weather could have affected u that much on Sunday?? Either way, nice runs man...we are trying to get an Evo meet together at Fayetteville Dragway within the next couple weekends...

Humidity, temp and wind can affect ETs a great deal!

I went on dragtimes calculator and looked up the weather for this past Sunday.

DA was 1155 feet
Relative Humidity was high 90's

When I ran my best time at darlington the DA was -384 feet. That will make one heck of a difference right there.

Don't know my HP and really don't care just want it to run good. I put in the numbers that I ran Sunday and it came up with 11.17@121 that it would have ran if I had ran at a DA of 0 and ideal conditions. Do remember that my brake caliper was rubbing very bad on my runs so that will effect it alot too.

yeah i forgot about the brakes rubbing...that sucks man...i wouldn't run if mine were rubbing like that...can you safely put some kind of spacer in there so they won't run??
