Looks like a jeep with some sort of tractor diesel conversion.....

Wheelbase looks too short and narrow for a hummer..

As far as what it is... It's not a state-side Jeep. To my knowledge they didn't produce any US Jeeps with diesel engines until the 2000's with the Liberty getting a common rail diesel. I don't think it's a Jeep vehicle at all.

That is pretty awesome. They made conversion kits for Chevy Blazers to Hummer Bodies, but evidently it used to be a tractor.
